Standard tops are 1.5 inches thick with eased edges. Hardwax oil means a scuff is repaired in place rather than living with it, and the ten-year structural guarantee covers the joinery underneath.
Leg placement matters
Slab legs set inboard let chairs tuck at the ends; a pedestal frees the whole perimeter but is only right up to 78 inches. Your drawing shows the leg positions so you can check your chairs before approving.
